The Final Vote
After both Houses of Congress vote in favor of the bill, it will get sent to the president. If the president signs, it becomes a law. If he decided to veto it, it will die or Congress can override the veto; the bill would be sent to the original House of Congress to be voted on (has to be a quorum) and it has to have a two-thirds majority. It will have to pass there and then it will go to the other House to be voted on by a quorum again to receive a two-thirds majority, and then it can be a law.
